CRAB is the statistical center for premier academic medical centers and international consortia. CRAB specializes in the application of biostatistical methods to cancer research and clinical trials.

John Crowley, PhD, is a nationally recognized leader in statistical methods for the design and analysis of clinical trials. Dr. Crowley has published textbooks on statistical methodologies for cancer research and clinical trials including the 2006 2nd Edition of "Handbook of Statistics in Clinical Oncology."

CRAB's biostatisticians have published more than 300 articles in peer reviewed medical journals. CRAB's biostatisticans are superb at endpoint identification, sample size determination and customized trial design, producing trusted answers to questions of interest.

CRAB conducts state of the art analysis of high dimensional translational data including gene expression, proteomics and SNP data. These analyses identify correlations with clinical outcomes of interest and contribute to the development of prognostic assay and the identification of potential biomarkers.
