News Update!

The 400 + study sites in the United States including Puerto Rico and Canada are seeing their participants one last time in 2010.  As of 2011 all SELECT participants who have signed a new Informed Consent for Centralized Follow-Up will receive their questionnaires in a booklet just once a year through the mail.  No more study site visits!  The booklets will be mailed from the SELECT Coordinating Center along with a prepaid return envelope.  These booklets are mailed to participants in the month of their birth starting in the Spring of 2010.
