CRAB’s statistical team is comprised of biostatisticians with a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise. Our team has decades of experience in the field of cancer clinical and translational research, with specific expertise in designing, analyzing, reporting, and presenting important findings in the field of oncology. Drs. Hoering and Barlow have affiliate appointments at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (heading the Myeloma and Breast Cancer Statistical Committees in SWOG) and the Biostatistics Department at the University of Washington. Dr. Crowley is the founder of CRAB and has an affiliate appointment at the School of Public Health at the Oregon Health and Science University.
Our clinical trial experience includes single- and multi-institution oncology trials, among them registrational trials, cooperative group SWOG trials, investigator-initiated trials and Phase I-IV industry sponsored trials. In addition to designing and analyzing trials, CRAB statisticians are involved with cutting-edge methodological research on novel clinical trial designs and high-dimensional data analysis, and have led or contributed to many publications, including the third edition of theHandbook of Statistics in Oncology Clinical Trialsco-edited by Drs. Crowley and Hoering.
