Working at CRAB

CRAB's offices are located in the West Lake Union Center building, just north of the heart of downtown Seattle. Our offices are directly across the street from beautiful Lake Union. This location is close to downtown for convenient shopping, dining, and recreational activities.

Our suite has a bright, open lunchroom leading to our private outdoor deck, with an expansive view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle to the south.

The West Lake Union Center also features a beautiful glass-roofed atrium, bicycle storage rooms, and a fitness center with locker room and shower facilities. For those seeking fresh air, the scenic Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop is just a few steps away. This pedestrian and bike-friendly loop circles South Lake Union, providing easy access to Lake Union Park to the south and Gas Works Park to the north.

CRAB is a tobacco-free office workplace committed to providing a wide range of wellness programs. All CRAB employees have free access to the Wellspring Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for resources regarding personal and family issues, financial and legal concerns, childcare referrals, and many other questions. CRAB’s wellness program, Wellements, is an additional resource for CRAB employees looking to bring other elements of wellness into their lives.

Employees at CRAB are guided by the following core values: Team Player, Open Communication, Positive Attitude, Integrity, and Compassion. The CRABCares initiative gives all employees the opportunity to apply those values in the fight against cancer and hardship throughout the community. They have encouraged employee involvement in many activities and fundraisers, such as building a home with Habitat for Humanity, providing a meal and other supplies for homeless youth, climbing Columbia Tower for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and joining people across the country in support of PurpleStride.
